		<description>I agree that the customer is usually satisfied with less than you think. What they generally want the most is an acknowledgement and/or apology of a bad product or service. They&#039;ve invested in your company by purchasing from you. You should be willing to make reparations.</description>

		<description>Elena, my favorite example of a company dealing with bad pr in the web2.0 atmosphere is Zappos.  Someone wrote a nasty post about @Zappos not helping her with her personal shopping problems (this is tony&#039;s personal twitter account) (he can&#039;t get to ALL his tweets) on her very small time blog.  He acted quickly and left a very apologetic comment on her blog and most likely sent her something.

Always trying to make a bad situation into a good one.  That&#039;s why Zappos is a service company who happens to sell shoes</description>
